What is the cost of shipping and how is it applied?
Shipping for all large Grandfather and Grandmother clocks will be COD (cash on delivery) and will be paid directly to the freight handler.  Shipping cost is based on weight and the location it is being shipped to.  It is a good idea to call or email us before you actually place the order so we can give you a close estimate on the shipping cost.

Shipping on all Adirondack furniture will be 20% of the purchase price when shipped anywhere in the Continental US and will be calculated at checkout.  Additional charges may be required for deliveries to island locations such as Hawaii, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard and other places where special services are necessary.

FREE SHIPPING on all wall, desk, table or mantel clocks when shipped to any location in the Continental US.

Please call or email us for shipping quotes on all locations outside of the Continental US.

When will I receive my order?
Most Grandfather/Mother clock orders will be shipped within 6 to 8 weeks from the time you place your order.  All desk, table, mantle and wall clocks and Adirondack furniture will be shipped within 2 weeks from the time you place your order.  This time may vary depending on the customization of your order.

What about taxes?
Only NC residents will be charged 7.75% sales tax.

Can I have my order rush-shipped?
No, all clocks and Adirondack furniture are custom made to order.  All orders must be shipped to a physical address not a P.O. Box.
